Software offered by CircumPoint is hosted on Google Play®  and uses their secure e-commerce platform for all transactions. You can view Google's®  privacy policy here.

Information that Google® shares with CircumPoint is only that which is required to complete and secure electronic transactions and CircumPoint does not share or transfer any of this information to third parties.  Some of CircumPoint's applications communicate with Google servers to confirm licensing compliance and the information exchanged is encrypted and only used to confirm the software's license validity.

Google Data Safety Declaration:

The Cirrus Pilot Log app has fields where a user can enter personal data which is used for app and Log Book output personalization and also provides fields to enter email addresses to send log book backup files to. All of these fields are voluntary, not required for the app to function and only used to personalize the log book output or make sending the log backup files easier.  NONE of this personal information is transmitted to, or collected by CircumPoint Software or is it shared with any third party and is only declared on the Google Play store listing as per Google's data safety policies.

CircumPoint may gather information directly from users on a strictly voluntary submission basis and this information will only be used to improve applications and user experience.

The CircumPoint web site uses java-script only to provide visual content. The CircumPoint site uses basic cookies to ensure the proper function of the site. Content providers such as YouTube may set additional cookies due to the content that is linked to from this site.
